Amaterasu's necklace: air

Part of a series of six necklaces based on the Asian metaphysical elements. Yeah, I know, usually there's only five-- fire, water, earth, metal, and wood-- but at least in China, there's also the optional sixth element of air/sky.

Each necklace is made with twelve handmade glass magatama (no, I didn't make them), because 6 x 12 = 72, which is the number of magatama on the necklace of the Japanese sun-goddess Amaterasu.

This necklace is for Air, whose color is blue. Non-magatama components are denim lapis-lazuli rounds, iolite faceted rondelles, and sterling silver endcaps/clasp.
